FeedBuyWhen Affiliate Program Terms
These terms keep attribution fair, merchant privacy protected, and commission payouts auditable.
Eligibility and account status
Affiliate accounts activate after secure sign-in and terms acceptance. A referral code remains valid only while the affiliate is in good standing. BuyWhen may suspend fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or abusive promotion.
Qualified referrals
A referral must be a new, legitimate Shopify merchant relationship recorded when the merchant enters the affiliate's unique code during BuyWhen onboarding. Self-referrals, duplicate claims, code manipulation, impersonation, spam, and paid search bidding on BuyWhen brand terms do not qualify.
Commission
Repair pays one $50 USD-equivalent bounty after the second successfully collected month. Revenue Repair and Scale pay $50 for each eligible paid month, for up to 12 paid months per referred merchant. Free, trial, failed, refunded, credited, chargeback, fraudulent, self-referred, and Enterprise periods do not qualify. Enterprise opportunities require separately registered deal terms.
Merchant referral credit
A legitimate newly attributed merchant may claim one $30 USD Shopify app credit after entering the referral code. Each store may claim it once. BuyWhen checks duplicates, self-referral, attribution, and configuration, then issues it automatically through Shopify without an owner approval queue. It is not cash, is not paid to the affiliate, and is not guaranteed until Shopify records the credit.
Invite a mate and direct-team commission
An affiliate may invite another affiliate through their unique invite link. The relationship is fixed at account creation and applies to one direct level only. The invited affiliate keeps 100% of their normal eligible BuyWhen commission. The inviter receives a separate 10% calculated only from that direct mate's eligible merchant-work commission, never from the mate's team commission or deeper referrals. The 10% follows its source commission through pending, clearing, disputes, refunds, reversals, and payout. No income is guaranteed.
Clearing and reversals
Commission first enters a pending clearing period. Refunds, credits, chargebacks, plan ineligibility, or attribution disputes may hold or reverse unpaid commission. Ledger corrections are recorded as new entries; earned history is not silently rewritten.
Payout methods
Payouts require at least $50 cleared, an approved destination, and payout documentation. USDT uses a verified network-specific address and an execution-time USD/USDT quote. PayPal uses the affiliate's PayPal email. BaridiMob and Flexy settle in DZD at the displayed fixed rate of 1 USD = 200 DZD. The affiliate is responsible for accurate receiving details and taxes in their jurisdiction.
Promotion standards
Affiliates must describe BuyWhen honestly. Do not guarantee revenue, present modeled values as actual results, claim every attributed order is incremental, or send unsolicited bulk messages. Shopify and BuyWhen trademarks may not be used to imply employment or endorsement.
Privacy
Affiliates receive referral and commission milestones only. Merchant operations, shopper identity, shopper requests, and other protected data are not part of the affiliate workspace. A direct-team inviter may see only the mate's display name, account status, join date, eligible work total, and related commission totals. Email addresses, payout destinations, downstream relationships, and private account information remain hidden.
